The voucher is non-refundable. This voucher is only valid for use at The Refinery. The voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This voucher cannot be redeemed in whole or part in cash nor can it be used in conjunction with any other offer. The physical voucher must be presented to the reception desk when checking out for booked services. Photocopies or pictures will not be accepted. Voucher numbers cannot be presented in replacement of voucher. We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of appointment. If cancellation is not notified to reception the voucher will become invalid for future use.
