BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Refinery prides itself on the quality and professionalism of its team and their wealth of experience in providing treatments exclusively for men. A deposit may be required at time of booking. Clients who wish to cancel or change an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or full payment for the treatment will be charged.
We ask that you always allow enough time for your appointment and arrive 15 minutes prior so that we can offer you a refreshment and an opportunity to relax in our waiting area. Please note that as a courtesy to all of our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to and late appointments may not be honoured.
For Laser bookings, a 50% is required at time of booking, with the balance payable once the service has been completed. This is in accordance with our cancellation policy.
