Murad

From his teenage years, Murad’s interest in barbering started where he used to get his own hair cut at the local barbers. At 14 he started working professionally, making his way up to a Senior Stylist over the span of 7 years. Having started to hone his skills and build a client base, Murad saw the appeal of a global city, and in 2004, he took the leap to move to London.

When he arrived, he began building his experience with Italian salon, Abella’s, in South Kensington for 3 years, after which he moved onto to join Gentleman’s Tonic in-house residency within Selfridges. 6 years later, Murad decided to take his career to the next step by joining the team at The Refinery.

Specialising in barbering, beard design, eyebrow threading and shaving, Murad has a fully fleshed artillery of skills that have enabled him to push the salon forward while nurturing valuable relationships with his clients.
