Concetta

Born and raised in Italy,  Concetta’s interest in beauty came from her degree in Sports Therapy and the Rehabilitation. After completing her studies, she began working in 5-star hotels around Italy. From 2003 to 2015, she built up a wealth of experience within her industry. She worked there from 2003 up until 2015. 

It was then that she decided to take the next step for her professional progression by moving to London. When she arrived, she continued with her experience working within spas. After she familiarised herself with the city, Concetta felt the it was time to elevate her craft, which led her to The Refinery. She joined the team in 2017, and with her background working in men’s health, the transition into the salon was natural.

Concetta prides herself on her creative approach to her work - taking the time to understand her client’s core needs in that moment, and focuses on delivering tailored treatments that provide long-term benefits.
